 NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

ROCKY MOUNTAIN DIVISION OF NARCOA, INC.

The annual meeting of the corporation will be at the Old Capitol Grill, 1122 Washington St., Golden, CO 80401 commencing at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 15, 2008.

The club will provide lunch from the following menu for all paid members: 

1/2 rack of hickory smoked baby back pork ribs OR ½ Rotisserie chicken OR Charbroiled salmon.  All served with homemade scalloped potatoes. 

All meal choices are 10.95+ tax and gratuity for non RMD members.

All meals will be served with texas toast and soft drink.

In addition we plan to adjourn at about 1:00pm to the Colorado Railroad Museum which will give us a tour including cars and places that are normally closed to the public.  The cost for non RMD members is $8.00 for adults, $5.00 for children 2-16 and $6.00 for seniors 60+.  The club will pay the entrance fee for all paid RMD members.  We would appreciate all Rocky Mountain RR Club members bringing their membership card so we won’t be charged for them.
